(Surcharges may apply if the user accidentally specifies the wrong number of speakers, if the audio quality of a recording is poor and makes transcription more difficult. In these cases the customers also receive a quote from us by email before the recording file will be processed)

* IMPORTANT: the transcription service language is fixed to the account! The language cannot be switched in this account. To use a 2nd language customers have to sign up for a different SpeechLive account.

Cost:

The pricing of our transcription service is based on a prepaid account system, to make the process very easy and convenient for you. Simply charge your account with a certain amount of money and then pay as you go. You can even enable an automatic refill function, which will automatically recharge your account with a predefined amount once a certain threshold is reached. Your account will be charged per dictation minute. Dictating one page of plain text takes about two minutes on average.

* Transcription is billed in full-minute increments and rounded up to the next full minute.

** The office hours for German transcriptions are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

*** Priority dictations which exceed 25 minutes are automatically changed to non-priority dictations. User will be notified by email.
