About Maintenance Service Agreement:

Maintenance is inclusive of both Upgrade Assurance and Technical Support. This entitles customers to all updates and upgrades to the licensed software. The support allows end users to access their technical support group for two named users. Technical support from the Nuance Support Center is provided for Dragon Professional Group customers who have a valid maintenance service agreement. Remote access through the Internet to the customer computer requiring support may be required.
